Prices displayed are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed. Taxes, fees, and surcharges may affect final pricing.
Payments are processed through trusted third-party gateways such as Razorpay. By making a payment, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method.
In case of pricing or availability errors, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds

All advance or booking payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including customer cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling.
Refunds, where applicable (e.g., company-initiated cancellations), are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
No-show bookings are considered fully utilized and non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

Do not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
Do not attempt to access, modify, or disrupt the Site, systems, or networks without authorization.
Do not scrape, harvest, or misuse data from the Site or upload harmful code or materials.

6. User Content & Feedback

By submitting reviews, comments, or feedback, you grant Landmark Travels a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to use and display such content. You confirm that you own all rights and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

Electronic Communications: You consent to receive communications electronically from Landmark Travels.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, Internet outages, etc.).
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
