- All our offerings — including cab bookings, airport transfers, sightseeing, and round trips — are service-based and fulfilled digitally or in person at the confirmed travel date and time.
- Once your booking is confirmed and payment is completed, you will receive confirmation details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
2. Service Confirmation & Delivery
- Upon successful payment, booking details including driver information, pickup time, and vehicle type are shared electronically.
- The booked service is considered delivered once the cab or travel service is provided at the scheduled pickup point and time.
- In case of changes, delays, or rescheduling, our support team will coordinate directly with the customer.
3. Estimated Service Timelines
- Instant booking confirmation: within minutes of payment.
- Service delivery: on the scheduled travel or pickup date as per the booking details.
- No physical documents or parcels are shipped to the customer.
