Cancellation & Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing New Landmark Travels. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully before booking your trip.
1) Advance / Booking Amount
- All advance or booking payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, including customer cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, or partial usage of services.
2) Customer Cancellation / No-Show
- Cancelling a confirmed booking at any time will lead to forfeiture of the advance payment.
- No-show (if the driver reaches the pickup point and the trip does not start) is treated as a cancellation and the advance is forfeited.
3) Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is subject to vehicle availability and applicable fare changes. Rescheduling does not entitle you to any refund of the original advance.
4) Company-Initiated Changes
- If New Landmark Travels cancels a booking and cannot provide a suitable alternative, we will issue a full refund of the advance paid.
5) What Is Not Included / Extra Charges
- Parking, tolls, interstate/state permits, waiting charges, and additional kilometers beyond the package are payable by the customer directly.

- For company-initiated cancellations or special cases, approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
